Ajit Kumar G

Ajit Kumar G. (b. 1973) is an artist based in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. He has been exhibiting his work since 2000 through both solo and group shows across Kerala and beyond.

He has participated in several editions of the Kerala Lalithakala Akademi Annual Exhibitions (2000, 2001, 2003, 2005, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2016) and was a regular participant in the Soorya Art Camps (2000–2007, 2009). His works have also been shown in the Kerala Chithrakala Parishat exhibitions (2003–2009).

He regularly contributes to major Malayalam periodicals. He served as the Artistic Director of Shanghumugham Art Museum, Thiruvananthapuram, and as Curator of the Women and Child Science Exhibition, Lucknow (2018).

He received the Kerala State Lalithakala Akademi Award for Painting in 2016.
